House rules
- You may not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. If you do wish to smoke or vape can you please do so in the back garden away from the back door. There is also an ashtray under the sink for you to use – if you can please clean it out after use
- Pets are not allowed in the cottage either
- Only registered guests may use the cottage
- No parties or events are allowed in the cottage without prior approval
- Please respect the neighbours when entering and leaving the cottage if later at night or earlier in the morning and keep any noise to a minimum after 11pm
- We ask you to please treat our cottage with respect and leave it in a tidy condition
- We have put a shoe rack at the front door and to keep the carpets in the best possible condition we would appreciate if no outdoor shoes were worn upstairs
- Before check-out can you please wash any used dishes (or put them into the dishwasher), and take out any rubbish
- A cleaning fee covers general cleaning, but excessive mess may result in additional charges
- Accidents happen! Please let us know immediately if anything is damaged or not working properly
- Guests may be held responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear
- Please ensure all doors are locked before you leave the property and do not share your access code with anyone outside your group
